Hello and welcome. My name is Denise Elizabeth Szutta.
I began my career in the early childhood field in England at the age of 16 and moved to Australia in 1992. I secured a position as a Room Assistant in a long day care service in Richmond in1994 and completed my Diploma of Community Services (Child Care) in 2000. Following this I had a break from the workforce as I raised my own family; I have three sons currently aged 11, 13 and 15 years.
In 2006 I returned to work in early childhood as a part time room leader and relief staff member in the outer suburbs of Melbourne. My family and I moved to Phillip Island in 2007 where I quickly gained employment as a Room Leader in a small long day care centre.
I enjoy spending time working in the garden, going to the beach with my family, playing word games and embroidery.
